About Us

Last updated: September 2026

Our Mission

Founded in 2026, FunTestHub packs psychology quizzes and traditional fortune-telling culture into lightweight, free tools that take under 3 minutes — no signup required. We believe self-discovery can be fun: whether through MBTI-style personality tests, numerology, or traditional dream interpretation (Zhou Gong's Dream Dictionary).

The vast majority of calculators and self-reflection tools on FunTestHub are completely free to use with zero registration required (supported by advertising), with the exception of optional in-depth paid reports (such as the 2027 Personal Annual In-Depth Report, available as an optional one-time purchase of $9.90 USD).

Our Methodology

Content on this site falls into two categories, each with its own production standard:

External Implementation Reference & Benchmark Comparison

For BaZi (Four Pillars) calculations, FunTestHub references the versioned calculation conventions and test cases maintained by Jade Almanac as an external technical reference.

The reference documents calendar, solar-term, and time-conversion conventions used in its calculator. It is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of computational rules, rather than endorse any particular interpretive school or system.

Different BaZi traditions and implementations may use different calculation conventions. FunTestHub therefore documents its own methodology and implementation independently. Below is our benchmark cross-validation across the publicly documented test probes:

⭐ Open Source Benchmarks & Engineering Paper: To ensure total transparency and computational reproducibility, our complete 266-case astronomical edge-case verification test suite is open source on GitHub: fds2003/funtesthub-astronomy-benchmarks, with our in-depth architecture writeup published on DEV.to: Browser Metaphysics Engineering Guide.

Probe Birth Moment Jade Almanac Output FunTestHub Output Convention Comparison
Exact Match (Quiet control)
Exact Match (Year turns at Li Chun)
Late-Zi rollover convention difference. Under the late-Zi convention the Day Pillar stays on the birth date (Xin Metal), while the Hour Stem is derived from the next day's Stem via Five Rats formula (Geng Zi). Jade Almanac rolls day at 23:00 (Ren Water); FunTestHub defaults to midnight 00:00 (Xin Metal). Compatible via FunTestHub optional sect: 1.
Compound boundary (Li Chun + Zi rollover). Year/month match; day rollover follows B1 logic.
Exact Match (Standard clock reading)
